How it works

  1. APEX collects 200-400 new applications/month from IG, TikTok, referrals.
  2. Our team vets each one — phone screen, license check, motivation check.
  3. The ones we can't onboard right now get offered to buyers like you.
  4. You pay $50 per warm lead · contact + vet notes + state + license status.
  5. If 1 of 50 closes, you've paid $2,500 for a producer who'll write $50K+ year 1.
